Kendra Ulmschneider
Office Assistant

We are so happy that Kendra’s smiling face is the first you see when you walk into Tokarz Dermatology. At the front desk, she helps to put you at ease immediately and when you’re done will help with arranging future bookings and any purchases. Kendra brings over 20 years of experience in customer service with 15 in aesthetics and she has excelled into understanding complexities of  various dermatology procedures to provide another layer of patient support. She knows what makes sense in the often complex world of cosmetic procedures. She is quick to find answers to your questions and has a calm, even and compassionate manner keeping your visit pleasant. Kendra enjoys spending time with her family and traveling with her husband. Kendra is an integral part of Team Tokarz and we are lucky to have her!     

Barbara Bisson
Medical Assistant

Barbara Bisson has been working with Dr. Tokarz since the practice opened in 2019 and has been her right-hand woman with procedures and patient care. She has a vast understanding for dermatology and skin disease, working in this specialty for over 25 years. Our patients absolutely love her as she’s so kind and gentle and helps guide them through recovery, educating them on post-procedure skin care as well as daily routines. She truly understands healthy skin and can help you get through some of the confusion that’s abound in the aesthetic world. Her kind, compassionate bedside manner will help keep you at ease during procedures. Barbara loves travel to visit her family and going on world-wide adventures with them. We are fortunate to have her on Team Tokarz since the beginning!    

Niki Gilman
Medical Assistant

Niki has spent over 15 years in dermatology either in the clinical or pathology (aka: microscopic) side of the specialty. She is now one of Dr. Tokarz’s assistants during many of the procedures and her patient, compassionate and knowledgeable bedside manner will help you feel comfortable. She is a problem solver and loves to keep busy. She will guide you with determining your next appointment and provides thorough instructions for post-procedure care. She understands the complexities of laser-tissue interaction and the risks-benefits of injectable procedures. She also understands what’s real and what’s fake in the skin care world. Niki loves spending time with her sons and their families. We are so happy she’s part of the Tokarz Team and we know she’ll help make your experience very special.
